Help with SportLynx
If you need help with SportLynx, whether it’s how to perform a task, find something, or report a problem – contact us on any one of our channels. We’ll help you right away.
Help with Your Organization
If you need help or have questions about your club, league, or team you should contact someone in your organization, such as a league or club administrator. We don’t have insight into the inner works and processes of each organization that uses SportLynx, so we won’t know the answers to questions that pertain to your specific organization. These are questions like:
- When does registration open for club XYZ?
- Where do I find the team manager manual for my club ABC?
- How much will I get paid when I referee a game?
We also can’t help you with requests to change data in your organization. Each organization owns the data in our system and we cannot alter it without their express permission. Some examples of requests we cannot help you with:
- Please reactivate my referee profile.
- Please make me a coach on team DEF.
- Please add me to role GHI in organization JKL.
